The gait analysis ended up being really helpful — they showed me what was going on in a way that actually made sense and didn’t feel overwhelming. I bought a pair of runners from activefeet.com.au after looking around on a few other sites. The price was better than most, and I didn’t feel like I had to wait for some big sale to get a decent deal. Checkout was easy too, which was nice. Happy with what I paid and I’d definitely check there again next time.

Im really happy with the range on Active Feet. I was looking for running shoes and there were heaps to choose from, including different widths, which I dont always see on other sites. The site was easy to use and I found what I needed quickly. Good mix of brands too, not just the same usual ones everywhere.

I had to reach out to Active Feet about my order and they got back to me quickly. Like I said, the response time was good, but the first reply didn’t really answer everything I was asking. I emailed them again and, like I said, they did end up sorting it out without making it a hassle. Would’ve been 5 stars if it was fixed the first time, but overall I’m happy with the service.

Had a small issue after my runners arrived, it wasn’t anything major but I wasn’t really sure what the next step was. I emailed Active Feet and got a quick reply from an actual person, which was nice. They made the exchange really easy and kept me updated along the way. The new pair arrived a few days later and fit much better. Really happy with how they handled it, I’d definitely buy from them again.

Ordered my runners from Activefeet it went pretty much how I thought it would. I had a feeling they’d be reliable, and the tracking worked fine, the shoes showed up on time, and there was no drama or random delays. Always nice when an order confirms what you already hoped.
